SERVICES
Capital
American Development Partners Infinity Funding Program™ provides 100% of the required capital to grow your business. Our Capital Markets division sources the capital needed to fund the purchase of real estate, and build-to-suit development. Even furniture, fixtures and equipment, as well as working capital can be included, if desired. This allows growing businesses to expand without burdening their balance sheet with debt or requiring out-of-pocket funding of the normal expenses associated with growth.
Site Selection
ADP works with your business to develop data-driven metrics to select the very best sites for your success. Using key demographics, market information, and competition analysis we engage our local experts to identify optimal sites, whether on or off the market. This takes the burden of site selection off the business operator and allows them to focus on operational success.
Design, Architecture & Engineering
ADP partners with national Architectural and Engineering firms to provide a seamless experience for our client. Our partnerships allow us to provide you with real estate due-diligence, building design, architecture, and multi-disciplinary engineering services on your own. ADP manages the entire process from start to finish in a manner that allows you to have input into the process to ensure you receive the real estate assets that will allow your business to thrive.
Construction
As a general contractor licensed in all 50 states, ADP can build a fully turnkey asset, on land or retrofit, anywhere your business needs to be. Our construction division oversees the entire process from obtaining building permits until the time that the certificate of occupancy is issued, and you are handed the keys to the building. We are able to provide regular updates and photos of the site progress as needed.
Sale Leaseback Program
American Development Partners' acquisitions team purchases single-tenant, net-leased retail properties throughout the United States, primarily through sale leaseback transactions. We also partner with national and regional multi-unit operators providing real estate expansion funding.
